How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery across most parts of Japan takes an additional 1-3 days. Please note that deliveries to remote areas, such as Hokkaido or Okinawa, may take slightly longer.

Which delivery service do you use, and can I track my package?

We use trusted local Japanese couriers (such as Kuroneko Yamato, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post) to ensure your goods arrive safely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery online.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our checkout process is fully encrypted and secure. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; all transactions are processed through verified, secure third-party payment gateways.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or if my order is incorrect?

We take great care in packing your Sri Lankan goods, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your package with a photo of the damaged item or incorrect order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can modify or cancel it. Please reach out to us via email or phone as soon as possible. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
